Arrival and Departure
We will be delighted to welcome you from 3:00 p.m. Depending on room availability, earlier check-in is sometimes possible: please do not hesitate to ask, and we will be happy to verify this for you.
If you plan to arrive late, please let us know in advance: we will do our best to accommodate you in the best possible conditions.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. to prepare the room for our next guests.
A valid passport must be presented by each guest upon check-in.
Payment for the stay is due upon arrival.
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of your arrival. After this time, the room may be reassigned.
To preserve everyone’s peace and quiet, the hotel observes quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Because we understand that travel plans can change, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before your arrival date.
Included Services
- A homemade breakfast, served between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., is included to start your day off right.
- Free parking is available.
- A security guard watches over the property every night for your peace of mind.
Services on Request
We will be happy to make your stay even more enjoyable by organizing:
- airport transfers,
- tours and excursions to discover the region,
- early breakfasts (request at least 24 hours in advance),
- as well as additional meals, carefully prepared.
These services are available upon reservation, subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.
